Mr. Ryan spent 30 years in finance and investment, advising institutional investors on Wall Street, starting at Salomon Brothers in the mid 1980’s. In his final 10 years, he focused on analyzing and trading electric utility companies, which led to his transition into energy consulting. He earned his undergraduate degree cum laude from Harvard University and earned a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham Law School. Currently Mr. Ryan serves as President of the Long Island chapter of Financial Executives International and serves on the boards The Long Island Fight for Charity and The Long Island Association of Small Business. He is a member of the US Green Building Council, The Illuminating Engineering Society, and The American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists.
