Emily Terrani is the Founder and Lead Coach of Mind Growth Lab. With a background in psychology, Emily works primarily with capable, high-functioning professionals who are used to solving everyone else’s problems — but sometimes find themselves without a place to work through their own. Her work sits at the intersection of what’s happening personally and how we function professionally. That might mean navigating a divorce while running a business or leading a team, questioning a career that once felt right, managing burnout, or simply knowing something needs to change but struggling to make the next move. Drawing from psychology, somatic approaches, and her research on burnout and resilience, Emily explores not only what people can do differently, but what may be happening underneath that makes change difficult. She holds a B.S. in Human Development from Cornell University and a Master’s in Psychology from Harvard University.
