My name is Christian Torres. I am a former NYPD officer who served almost a decade in federal prison for a series of bank robberies, including 18 months in solitary confinement, where my mind was broken, rebuilt, and rewired to think in systems. Today I am a Decision Intelligence Speaker and Strategist and the founder of Stark Analytics, where I build the decision systems that help leadership teams stress-test high-stakes calls before they commit capital.
